Its capacitance range is 0.0022-2.2uF and operating temperature is -40’C to +110°C.

This part is suitable for applications in serial with the 100~240VAC mains, such as energy meter, thermostat, and etc.

Suntan Has Discontinued TSC6 series - 6mm Ceramic Trimmer Capacitor

Suntan has discontinued 6mm Ceramic Trimmer Capacitor – TSC6 series since July of 2017 due to raw materials supply issues.
Sorry we don ‘t have the direct replacement. Please check your application whether possible to use our 3mm SMD type to replace. Datasheet as follows.
